Shuttering & Centering

U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd. has well equipped workshops at different places for inhouse fabrication of steel Shuttering as required for concrete of different components of bridges. Presently most of the inhouse fabrication of shuttering were carried out at our mechanical/fabrication units at Lucknow, Raibareili & Ghaziabad. Approximately 21000 MT of time-bound inhouse fabrication of shuttering was carried out since last five years.
The Corporation has approximately 37000 MT steel shuttering/centering for foundation, substructure, super structure of bridges and other concrete structures. In addition to above, presently Corporation has 18600 running meters of Sheet Pile, 331No./2320 MT Barj.
Also Corporation has 5000MT pile bridge materials for construction of 34000 running meter of steel pile bridge of width 6.0 meter. In addition to above Bridge Corporation has well equipped workshop at Lucknow for inhouse production of bright metal sheathing 42mm, 45mm & 75mm dia from C.R.C.A strip to meet time-bound requirements of various bridges. Inhouse fabrication of bridge consumables such as cutting edge, expansion joint, steel railing chair plate, draainage spout etc. are also carried out in workshop at Lucknow.
