Chief Minister & Minister P.W.D., Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary PWD / Chairman UPSBCL and Managing Director, a team of 700 experienced engineers, 500 non-technical personnel and a dedicated band of 3900 skilled and semi-skilled workers give a concrete shape to all projects assigned to UPSBC Ltd.
    The team has technically and administratively sound engineers at various level such as Jt. Managing Directors/General Managers/Chief Project Managers, having 25 to 34 years experience in implementation and execution of projects. Construction Units are headed by proficient Projects Managers and Dy. Project Managers. The designing of bridges and other related works are done in house by qualified and experienced design engineers.
